Table Space

Vendors may lease tables for exhibition on April 1st and 2nd. The cost for a 6-foot table is $1000. Please see the exhibits page for a floor plan of the exhibition room.

Facilities Provided

The $1000 fee gets you the following:

• One 6-foot table, covered with a white linen tablecloth.
• Chairs.
• A power strip with 6 power outlets.
• One 100baseT network connection.
• We will provide room clean-up, there is no extra charge.
• A copy of the attendee list. Attendees may be given the option to NOT have their contact information given to exhibitors.

Facilities Not Provided

What we will not provide:

• Shipping and packaging services. If you are shipping equipment after the workshop, please make your own arrangements to have it picked up.
• Flowers or other decorations for your table.
• Signs for your table.
• Business card scanners.
