What to submit

For publication in paper and electronic proceedings, authors of accepted papers should submit the following items:

The formatting instructions for each item are given below, followed by the submission instructions.

Submission Formats

Abstract

An abstract extracted from the paper should be submitted as a plain ASCII file, with all references and links removed.

Postscript version

Postscript version of the paper is required for producing paper version of the Workshop proceedings. This version will also be available in the electronic proceedings. Please use the following format:

Since we have copied most of the formatting instructions from the USENIX'98 author page, you may find their LaTex template and style file useful for the preparation of the Postscript version.

Postscript versions should be submitted as a single file, compressed if desired.

HTML version

An HTML version of your paper can be included in the electronic proceedings. This version is optional. Please follow these guidelines:

HTML versions should be submitted as a single archive file (e.g. a tar-file) with all HTML pages and images included. Compression is optional.

Deadlines

March 24 Final abstracts and Postscript versions of the papers are due
March 31 Final HTML versions of the papers are due

How to submit the files

Send ASCII abstracts via e-mail (see below for the address). Please also include paper title and author names.

Send your Postscript file via e-mail. If the file is too big to send via e-mail, send a URL which we can use to download it.

For the HTML version of the paper, send a URL to the archive file. We will then fetch the archive and put it in the online proceedings.

All e-mails should be sent to wcw99-subm@ircache.net. Please send all e-mails from one address. Please do not combine several items in one e-mail.

Troubleshooting
