For vendor displays and such, our plan is to lease 15-20 six-foot long tables for $1000. Initially, only one table per vendor will be allowed. Later, unused tables (if any) may be offered to existing vendors for another $1000.

Vendors can co-sponsor a catered lunch for an extra $500 or a breakfast for $350.

Below is a room layout with current vendor reservations. We will provide one power strip and one RJ45 100BaseT network access per table. The building will be locked at night, but there is no security guard. Taking valuable stuff with you for the night is probably a good idea.
